Parents, Family & Friends: You are invited to attend our Annual BBQ/Concert! Families are being asked to bring the following...by sections please:

1) All Woodwinds are being asked to bring any type of salad (enough to feed 5-8 people)
2) All Brass and Percussion are being asked to bring any type of dessert (enough to feed 5-8 people)
3) All Color Guard are being asked to bring any type of chips and dip

Please note: Please ensure that your food dish is here in time for us to be able to serve others and be sure that all of your serving utensils (and food dishes) have your name written on them...all Band and Guard members will eat after they perform and after all family members and guests have gone through the line.

Also, this is “not” a major fundraiser but we need to meet our expenses for the things that we are providing that evening. Therefore, we will be charging a flat fee of...$6.00...per plate of food, per person (this includes your hamburger and /or hot dog, salad, chips, dessert and drink!). The Band and Guard members will eat “FREE”.

Bring your bleacher chairs to sit in and blankets to sit on!  Also, Band and Guard supplies will be on sale at that time. Buy your jacket and shirts at this time. This is your chance to have the student medical release forms notarized free of charge!!

Saturday’s Itinerary:

11:00 am       Report time for all students/don’t forget your change of clothes
11:30 am       Dress Rehearsal
3:00 pm        Snack Break/Change into travel uniform
4:30 pm       Annual King Band and Color Guard Band Camp BBQ Performance! (In the gym!)
7:30 pm        Approximate finish/pick up time
