It's time to start lining up sponsors and donations for our 8th Annual Golf Tournament to be held Saturday, May 11, 2013. We need all parents and students to participate by bringing in at least one tee sponsor or golf team to play at the tournament. This is one of our last big fundraisers for the school year and we need all band members and their families help! Without your help, the future of our band program could be in jeopardy!!!
The golf tournament is in need oftee sponsors. Tee sponsors will have their name or business posted at a tee box along the golf course. This is a great way to advertise your business or one of our local businesses. Simply turn in the donation form with the payment attached in the form of cash or check made out to Riverside King Band.
If the business does not want to purchase a tee sponsorship, they may be willing todonate an item or service for our raffle. Any amount of cash donation is also accepted. We rely on these donations to make our raffle fun and profitable. We could also use donated items for our golfer gift bags. Some gift bag items that we could use are small trinkets, sunscreen, coffee mugs, flashlight, small items, hard candy, chocolate, gift cards, snack bars, granola bars, hats, small towels. We would need about 100+ of each item. In addition, we would appreciate any gift bag donations from our band member’s families.
WE NEED GOLFERS!!!! Everyone is welcome to play and you do not have to have a foursome--we will put you on a team! We have plenty of room for singles, doubles, or triples. You do not even have to be a great golfer!!! Come and have some fun!
We are looking forward to a great event and your support is a big part of our success! Without your support, this event will not have the success needed to help fund next year’s band program. As stated before… WE NEED ALL FAMILIES TO SUPPORT THIS MAJOR FUNDRAISER BY BRING IN GOLFERS OR TEE SPOSNORS.
