Becoming a Sponsor

The Riverside Kingsmen Band & Color Guard depend on the generosity of local area businesses in order to provide the top quality experience that has come to be expected. If you are interested in donating to the program, please use the lists below to determine the benefits that you will receive, based on the dollar amount given. The dollar amount used for calculation can be either cash or the value of goods received.

There are several different sponsorship programs offered. If you are a corporate sponsor please look at the "corporate sponsor" section below. If you are not a business, please look down the page a little bit at the "private sponsorship" level; this is the level that will apply to individual families that make a donation to the program. If you are looking for the dollar amounts due for specific fees that we have levied, please view the bottom of this page. $4,000 and up
  • Your logo will appear on a sign at our hosted events
  • Your logo will be painted on the side of our semi trailer, which travels to all events with us
  • Your color logo/link (300px longest side) will appear on the mlkband.com website in the “platinum sponsors" section
  • A text link and short description will be placed in our random ad generator on the index page of our website
  • A full-page (8.5”x11”) ad (your design) will appear in any program that is printed by us for our events
  • You will receive a sponsor plaque
  • You will receive a copy of the band’s most current cd
  • You will be given a complimentary 4-pack of tickets to any event that we host

Gold

$2,000
  • Your business name will be painted on the side of our semi trailer, which travels to all events with us
  • Your color logo/link (200px longest side) will appear on the mlkband.com website in the “gold sponsors” section
  • A half-page ad (your design) will appear in any program that is printed by us for our events
  • You will receive a sponsor plaque
  • You will receive a copy of the band’s most current cd
  • You will be given a complimentary 4-pack of tickets to any event that we host
Silver $1,000
  • Your color logo/link (200px longest side) will appear on the mlkband.com website in the “silver sponsors” section
  • A quarter-page ad (your design) will appear in any program that is printed by us for our events
  • You will receive a sponsor plaque
  • You will receive a copy of the band’s most current cd
  • You will be given a complimentary 4-pack of tickets to any event that we host
Bronze $500
  • Your business name and a link to your website will appear on the mlkband.com website in the “bronze sponsors” section
  • A quarter-page ad (your design) will appear in any program that is printed by us for our events
  • You will receive a sponsor plaque of the band
  • You will receive a copy of the band’s most current cd
Navy $250
  • Your business name and a link to your website will appear on the mlkband.com website in the “navy sponsors” section
  • A business card sized ad (your design) will appear in any program that is printed by us for our events
  • You will receive a sponsor certificate
  • You will receive a copy of the band’s most current cd
Scarlet $100
  • Your business name will appear on the mlkband.com website in the “scarlet sponsors” section
  • You will receive a sponsor certificate
  • You will receive a copy of the band’s most current cd

Family
 $635
  • Your name will appear on the mlkband.com website in the "family" section for individual contributors
Donor (any amount)
  • Your name, and the dollar amount of your donation, will appear on the mlkband.com website in the "donor" section for individual contributors.
Note: These donation levels are on a per student basis. If you donate for more than one student you will have a note added after your name on the website. (Eg. if John Doe donates 2 fair share amounts, it will show "John Doe (x2)" on the website.)
 
Authorized Fees PDF Print E-mail

The fees below have been specifically authorized by the Riverside Unified School District as allowable charges to members who are enrolled in the program. The transportation fee is mandatory for all members. The Meal Plan fee is levied only if you would like us to feed your student at events we prepare food for. You may pay these fees online via PayPal or by submitting a check to our treasurer.
